Advil (ibuprofen) and Lisinopril: In general nsaids such as advil (ibuprofen) are known for their potential side effects on kidneys. Lisinopril can make you more prone to the adverse effects of advil (ibuprofen), therefore i would recommend that you exercise caution with advil (ibuprofen) and limit it to short periods of time and low dosing.
