Multivitamins and zinc

I am surprised that no one on this erotic story site has mentioned an obvious preventative to catching a cold. It is fairly well documented that zinc supplements will help prevent you from coming down with a cold. However a more enjoyable supply of zinc is semen. I did read Alexievich's The Unwomanly Face of War (which, ironically, deals directly with women among the partisans and in the Red Army) and Boys in Zinc, but never could have drawn the connection, I guess precisely because of the intense erotic content here.
