She should be in pain and be bandaged up and wearing a bra for support until the tissue around the breasts heals and can support the weight. She should not be able to use and play with the breasts so soon after the surgery. She would be sore and not be able to move around much. Happened way too quick without hormones or surgery. He kind of comes off as having mental issues, not balking at losing his wife, who he was very dependent on. Another guy in the picture would have caused anxiety and jealousy, without hormones or other drugs. Good concept, but his transition just needed to make more sense.
