Lexapro makes me sleepy

I needed Propranolol to help me adjust to Lexapro. I don't recall insomnia from it but I was already taking other meds that make me sleepy.

I try to stay away from caffeeine, only drink decaf. And also He does not think that the lexapro is making me sleepy and tired.He

I have no problems with the combo of Lexapro and Adderall. They seem to balance each other because the Lexapro made me kind of sleepy and lethargic (I thought), and the Adderall makes me want to do things and gives me some drive. The Adderall can make you feel impatient, bitchy, etc, and the Lexapro will counteract that, I think. Expand

I take hydroxyzine and Lexapro together. Hydroxyzine stopped working so went from 25mg to 50mg and they make me so sleepy but help a little.
