Is all in your HEAD!! I promise you. I know alot of people who think this and have this issue of not thinking adderall generics are not created equal but they are pretty darn close. R u sure they didn't run out and gave u ritilan cuz those r white and give u the chest pain and shaking I used to get that way with ritilan until I switched to adderall which isn't even close to the ritilan and I've tried all the generics and then some and they are all the same it's more mind over matter when ur used to taking the same one for a while. I had the same problem (high heartrate, nervousness, but most of all a lot of dizziness) with the white oval R 351 generic adderalls. After getting 1 batch and feeling odd when on them, I convinced the WalMart pharmacist to give me the peach ones on the last Rx. Tonight I was out and needed to take one (a half, actually) and I only had the white ones in my purse. And soon afterwards and right now, I'm having those same awful reactions! So it HAS TO BE the white pills. They may (or may not... does anyone know where they are manufactured?) legally have the same active medication as the peach pills, but the additives and/or the inactive ingredients are not right, and are most likely causing the adverse effects. I agree, these 351 pills need to be taken off the market. Btw, I've always had motion sickness and vertigo. But while on the peach pills (for over 15 years), nothing. I noticed it early on, and my doctor told me that one of adderall's little-known side effects is repressing motion sickness tendencies. Sooo, if I'm getting dizzy and having vertigo after taking R 351, then something is terribly, terribly wrong with this medication. Re: Charmy18 (# 3) I got some from Walmart on 5/19/2017. I felt like s***. I couldn't finish them. I've never seen them before. Re: Joey (# 12) I’m happy for you that the generics work.
