Hope this helps. I wouldn't take more than prescribed. Although listed as a non-narcotic, it is a synthetic opiate with high addiction/ dependency properties for a lot of people. I'd try and make it through until you can contact your dr tomorrow and let him know it's just not working for you. Try elevating your ankle above heart level and applying ice packs to the leg above your cast. If you just can't abide the pain anymore, go to the er. At the very least you can call your drs office and get the number for his night service and ask them about upping your medication dose.
