- Need to visit a participating Dollar Tree location lately and receive a specially marked cash register receipt containing a survey invitation and a unique code.
How to Take Tell Dollar Tree Survey Online

- Choose your preferred language and click on it.
- You will be taken to the first page of the survey where you have to enter the Survey Code from your receipt in the 4-sectioned field. (Can’t find it on your Dollar Tree receipt? - Click on the green “Next” button to get started with the survey.

- All the eligible and complete entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- Each eligible survey and a mail-in request will receive 10 entries to the draw.
- Random drawing for the daily prizes will be held monthly and weekly prizes will be awarded each week.
- The selected winners will be contacted within 10 days of selection by telephone or email and they must respond within 10 days of the initial notification to claim the prize.
- One daily prize and three weekly prizes are available to be won in the currency of the winner’s country of residence.
