- Click the “Espanol” link located at the left bottom if you want to take the survey in the Spanish language.
- Enter the required details i.e. survey code, date and time from your T.J. Maxx receipt. Can’t find the information on your receipt copy? Look at the image of an example on the right-hand side of the survey page.
- Click on the “Start” button to move forward.
- Fill out the survey as per your experience and enter the requested information to be automatically entered for a chance to win the monthly sweepstakes of the applicable entry period.

There is also non-survey method available to participate in the T.J. Maxx Monthly Sweepstakes. For that, you will need to take a 3”×5” postcard or paper. - J. MaxxMonthly Sweepstakes began on February 1, 2019, and will end on January 31, 2020. The entire sweepstakes are separated into the12 Monthly Entry Period.
- In each monthly sweepstakes period, one winner will be selected and awarded a T.J. Maxx Gift Card valued $500. The total prize pool is $6000 in the year.
- The prize cannot be transferred or refunded or combined with any other special offer or promotion of T.J. Maxx.
- The winners will be notified by phone or email and they need to respond with necessary documents within 7 days of that first notification to claim the prize.
