Walmart invites the customers to their new 2-minute Walmart Customer Experience Survey to share their feedback and get a free entry to participate in the on-going Walmart Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Walmart gift card. The survey is conducted to know your opinion about the company so that it can meet your expectations. Hence, try to be honest and take the survey based on your genuine feelings.
Walmart Customer Experience Survey Rewards
5 Grand Prizes, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1000, and 750 First Prizes, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $100, will be awarded in the sweepstakes.
The total ARV of all grand prizes is $5000. The total ARV of all first prizes is $75,000. And the total ARV of all the prizes to be awarded is $80,000.
Walmart Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
To complete the Walmart Survey and enter the Sweepstakes, you must be an entrant with adequate eligibility like
- You must be a legal resident of 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your residence as of the entry date.
- You must not be an employee, officer, director, manager of Walmart Inc. and its associated companies and agencies or any their immediate family members.
- To enter the Walmart Sweepstakes over the internet, you must complete an online survey and a sweepstakes entry form.
Walmart Sweepstakes Entry Steps
There are a total of four ways, 3 online and 1 write-in, you have to participate in the Walmart Sweepstakes. You can follow any of them according to your convenience and availability to enter the applicable sweepstakes period. Here are short details of each of the entry methods.
In-Store Purchase Entry: Walmart Customer Experience Survey
The customers, who make a purchase at a participating Walmart retail location between the sweepstakes period and receive a survey invitation on their cash register receipt, are eligible for this sweepstakes entry. For that, you can take the following steps upon receipt of the survey invitation.
- Visit the Survey URL on your purchase receipt, or access survey.walmart.com
- Choose a language between English and Spanish from the top of the page.
- Type the ID as it appears on the receipt in the box in the middle of the page. (If you do not find the unique code, see the sample receipt on the left-hand side of the page).
- Click the “Continue” button to proceed.
- Complete the survey in its entirety and click on the “Submit” button and you will be prompted to fill out the entry form to be eligible for the current sweepstakes drawing period.
Entry without Purchase
Don’t have a Walmart receipt with a survey code? You still have the opportunity to complete the online survey and participate in the Walmart Drawing Contest without making any purchase. For that, you can
- Visit the Walmart Survey page at survey.walmart.com/ and click on the respective link below the ID field or you can directly go to www.entry.survey.walmart.com/.
- Change your language if you want; review the information about the sweepstakes; select the checkbox and click “Continue”
- Enter your Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Email Address and Phone Number in their respective spaces.
- Click the “Continue” button again to begin the survey.
- Share your feedback and receive one free entry to the Walmart sweepstakes.
Entry with Email Survey Invite
If you made any purchase at Walmart.com or online Walmart Grocery or Mobile website and are the recipient of a survey invitation via email, you can also enter the sweepstakes by taking the following steps.
- Go to your inbox and click the unique survey URL found on your Walmart Survey Invite Email
- Provide the required details to begin.
- Respond to the survey questions to the best of your knowledge.
- Submit the survey and complete the sweepstakes entry form including your name, address, and contact information to receive one entry to the draw.
Walmart Sweepstakes Entry Write-In
To enter the Walmart Sweepstakes with no purchase, no survey and no online access, you are required to use the mail-in or write-in entry method. For that take a postcard, no smaller than 3½”×5” and no longer than 4¼”×6”, and legibly write your full name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth on it. Then send it with proper postage to the following mailing address.

A Few Important Notes on Walmart Survey & Sweepstakes
- One drawing of Walmart Sweepstakes occurs every three months.
- Regardless of entry methods, each entrant is limited for 78 entries for the entire Walmart Sweepstakes
- Each person or household can win one prize and the prize are non-transferable, or eligible for cash redemption.
- Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries and notified by phone or email after each sweepstakes drawing.
- The winners must complete all the required paperwork within 14 days of notification.
- The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address within 4-6 weeks from receipt of the signed paperwork.
