A few basic customer survey rules you need to follow for participating in the Charleys Consumer Feedback Survey. Here is a brief list of those criteria.
- Visit a USA, Canada, or International Charley’s location most recently
- Purchase anything at the restaurant and save the receipt to access the required information for your Charleys consumer feedback survey.
- Must be at least 13 years or the age of majority in your state of residence while entering the survey.
- You and any of your immediate family members must not work at Charleys Philly Steaks, its parent, and any company or agency linked with them.
- Take the survey within 3 days of receiving the survey receipt.
To Take Charleys Consumer Feedback Survey Online:
Two types of Charleys Customer Survey are there. One is for USA and Canada customers and another for international guests. Both are available on the same website. If you are an eligible individual, have your Charleys Philly Steaks receipt handy and take the following steps to begin the survey.
- Go to the survey site mentioned on your receipt. Or, visit the official Charleys Consumer Feedback Survey page at charleys.com/contact
- Scroll down the page to click on the “USA & Canada Feedback” or “International Only” button based on the restaurant location you are going to take the survey on.
- For the USA and Canada survey, click the “Give Feedback” option. Then select the country, state, and address of the Charleys Philly Steaks restaurant for the location feedback.
- The international customers need to enter the store number from their Charleys receipt.
- Select the Date, Time, and Type of the Visit in their respective fields. You can find all the information on your Charleys receipt.
- Click the “Next” or “Start” button to proceed.
- Take the survey and provide your valuable feedback and thoughts within 1000 words.
- Upon submission of the survey, a validation code will be delivered to you by Charleys.
Write the validation code in the blank space specified on your survey invitation to redeem the offer at any participating Charleys Philly Steaks restaurant.
