- If you want to take part in Van’s guest satisfaction survey, you must have a recent sales receipt of Vans to enter the required information.
- You must be connected to the internet for browsing www.vans.com/feedback through a smartphone, tablet, pc, laptop, etc.
- All information related to the survey will be provided on the welcome screen.
Survey Restrictions:
- This survey is restricted in United States territories or possessions including Puerto Rico or where restricted by the law or government.
- Officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing agency, promotion partners, sponsor, administrator, immediate family members or anyone who is connected with Van’s customer satisfaction survey can’t participate in Van’s guest satisfaction survey.
How to Participate in the Vans Customer Survey
- Visit the Vans Feedback customer satisfaction survey at www.vans.com/feedback
- The page will load in English but can be changed into Spanish or French.
- Select the preferred language and click on the “Next” button.
- Enter the information, provided on Van’s register receipt.
- Now select from the drop-down menu, when you made the purchase.
- Enter the Store Number which is located on the top left side of the Vans sales receipt.
- Enter the Transaction Number that is on the bottom left side of the sales receipt.
- Enter the Transaction Number again for verification purpose.
- Now enter the Register Number that is located just adjacent to the Transaction Number on the receipt.
- Then confirm your age from the drop-down menu.
- Type the characters you see in the box and click on the Submit button.
- Now answer the survey questions.
- Rate your overall shopping experience at Vans, provide honest opinions and suggestions.
- You will be asked to provide information like your Email Address, Name, Phone Number, Address, etc.
- Recheck before submitting your feedback.

Survey Prize:
Consumers taking part in the Vans Feedback survey will get a chance to win a code. It can be redeemed to design a custom pair of shoes, valued up to $85.
How the Prize Winners will be Selected
- The administrator will randomly select 50 potential winners from all eligible entries.
- Each Winner will be considered a potential Winner.
- They will be declared winner only after the verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules have been done by the company.
- Entrants must enter during each survey Period to be eligible to win a Prize for that survey period.
- Entries will not be continued from one Period to the next Period.
How the Winners will be Notified
- Potential Winners will be informed in their respective e-mail id which they have provided at the time of entry.
- If a potential winner is found ineligible for any reason, then an alternate Winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
- Each winner has to bear the responsibility of the Federal, state, and local taxes imposed on Prize.
- The administrator will provide the digital code directly to the Winner within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of the Winner notification.
- Sponsor will try to ship the Prize directly to the Winner within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of the valid redemption of digital code at vans.com.
